All of the schools in the Dumont Public School System will be closed on Tuesday, February 13, due to inclement weather.
Dumont High School Art Students Recognized at Local Exhibit
On January 25, six DHS Art students participated in a Juried Exhibit at the Art Center of Northern New Jersey, which is located in New Milford, NJ. This was a great opportunity for our talented young artists to showcase their work.
Our student artists were among a pool of 48 student artists from the following school districts, New Milford, RiverDell, Hackensack, Westwood Regional, Indian Hills, Ramapo, Midland Park. Every district submitted work from 6 students in categories including, Drawing, Painting, Sculpture, Photography, Mixed Media and Digital Art. Amazingly, every Dumont student who participated in the "Young Expressions" Juried Exhibit was awarded an accolade for their artistic accomplishments. We are so proud of our talented students and teachers!
